1. Contact us

Contact our office, so we can send you our information letter and the forms needed to get your matter started.

2. Obtain your formal valuation

Obtain a sworn valuation provided by an accredited valuer to establish the value of your property. Discovering the current market value of your property is a critical step, not only when considering offers, but also in deciding whether or not to sell in the current market. 3. Instruct us to proceed

We will be ready to sell your property when:

• You have provided us with a copy of your valuation; and
• You have returned the forms (sent with our initial letter)
